Discovering Another Cool Brand: Keepsake

3h6e_keepsake_1

Hi there!
How was your day?
As busy as mine?
I wanted to share a brand I just discovered: Keepsake.
The brand, which has been worn by celebrities like Nicole Richie and Demi Lovato (all girls with a very good and very strong fashion taste), provides accessible, glamorous, and edgy statement pieces.
With it's subtle cut outs and flattering necklines, it brings a flirtatious and selfconfodent flavour to the outfit of the lady who wears its colletions.

Keepsake is now available on UNESTABLISH.COM, an online multi-label boutique that offers a wide selection of the most desirable and coveted clothing and accessories by inspiring global brands.

Do you like the outfits in the pictures as much as I do?

Emilio Pucci F/W 2012-13

And each season, one post is always dedicated to the video of the Emilio Pucci last collection.
My faves: all blazers and jackets. But then, I guess I would choose the whole collection!
It's simple: I just love Emilio Pucci!

Happy Tuesday :)!

As I told you yesterday, I had a super chic and super nice dinner with my love on Saturday night.
Again, if you want to try a very good reastaurant with super service, super view and amazingly prepared dishes in Zuroch, you have to try Clouds.

Here are some impressions from the delicious food and the amazing view (it was not easy to take a good picture of the panorama from the inside of the restaurant, but I hope you'll get the idea of the view one has up there ;)). I love food as much as I love aesthetics. It was both in one. It was pure pleasure!

I wish you guys a very successful, stylish, and pleasant week :)!

Yesterday, I had the most chic evening thanks to my love, who invited me in a new and already hip restaurant in Zurich with an amazing panorama ove rthe whole city: Clouds. Worth trying!
Before showing you some pictures dedicated to the art of food (and you know how much I like to treat myself with delicious and good looking food ;)), I want to show you the outfit I chose for the evening. It was definitely bohemian chic inspired: vintage-looking kimono (cause it's actually H&M, from the last "Conscious collection"), leather high waisted shorts, a combination of mixed bracelets and cuffs and an ethnic double stoned ring, my beloved sequined clutch, and black heels of course.

How was your Saturday night?
A big hug!

Flaska Laverne: My Faves Bags from the SS 2012 Collection

The Spanish brand Flaska Laverne, which I also spotted at the Bread&Butter in Berlin, fascinated me because of its vers cute and feminine handbags, of course, but also because fo their philosophy: the bags are manifactured by skilled artisans in Andalucia, where the traditional techniques to work with leather have been passed down generation over generation.

My absolute number one? The little hard clutch with the butterfly on one edge and the color-blocking style. So lovely, but also so chic with its hard golden shell.

Which one among my faves do you like the most?

Happy weekend :)!

New Project: GvNStyleCoach on Spocal

Bildschirmfoto 2012-02-23 um 20.02.25

A brand new project has just started: I am the new Style Coach of Spocal, a young social network media where like-minded students can exchange ideas and chat about anything going on at their university and outside.
The new feature brought by Spocal is that, unlike most of the well known social network media like Facebook or Twitter, everything remains anonimous, so that anyone can openly ask antyhing or talk about any theme without having to feel observed by his/her entire entourage.
In my case, questions like: "I want to buy a necklace like this and that for my girlfriend, and I don't know where to find it" (which you most probabaly wouldn't post on your facebook wall) can be asked in all tranquillity.

Thank you so much to the founders of Spocal to invite me to be part of this!
I'm so excited to help anyone with any style problem!

I wish you all a very stylish evening!
Kisses!

Lili Radu Accessories: My Favorite Impressions from the Lookbook and More

LR1

Hello people!
How are you?
Do you remember my working week at the Bread&Butter in Berlin? During that week, I spotted Lili Radu, a young brand of simple but extremely chic business accessories in genuine leather.
I found the style represented by the brand of impecable taste. It mirrors that image of working lady and frequent traveler which I, as young working girl at the beginning of her career, admire and look for.
The clear and neat lines, the mix of love for trend and timeless design of the bags, smart phone cases, netbook cases, wallets, and keychaines perfectly complements a chic business look, both at day and at night.

New In: Armani and Bata in Black & White

Hey ya!
Here are two new entries in my closet. Weren't they made for each other?
I found this beautiful organza seethrough blouse with the ribbon in a Giorgio Armani Outlet. I am so in love with it!!!
The sandals are from the Spring collection of Bata.
My mommy tought me well: style is the capability of matching cheap (but never vulgar or of bad quality) and expensive. And if the expensive was bought in an outlet, and on even on sale, that's even better, right ;)?

Styling: an Old Passion

CSC_2604

CSC_2638

CSC_2603

CSC_2650

CSC_2642

Hello beauties!

Today, I would like to share with you my old styling lookbooks I used to create when I was younger.
Styling has always been one of my biggest interests and hobbies. So much, that as a teeny, when I did not have the financial possibility to buy a lot of clothes, and certainly not expensive ones, I found another way to play with those beautiful pieces which were shown in the magazines and I used to dream of. I started spending hours and hours cutting out clothes from magazines and re-matching them on my workbooks. Et voilà: I had the possibility to create my immaginary perfect wardrobe, where creations by Oscar de la Renta, Emilio Pucci, and Valentino could be matched with basic pieces from LaRedoute or the current Mango catalogue.
Oh my god, when I think of all the sleepless nights during my summer vacations that I spent sticking pieces of paper on books!
One thing is sure: the passion for styling is still there! Oh, if it is still there!
The only difference, I guess, is that instead of my styling lookbooks, I got my blog now :). And my job at Sal Y Limon...And maybe a couple of projects more Idon't wanna talk to much about until they will officially become reality.
Reality! That was the point. Every time my mom watched me matching cut-outs she would tell me that I should think about making it a real job. And I used to dream about a career in fashion.
I am there now. I am following my dreams, and since I dared doing it, doors (some little, other bigger) opened and I managed to start my journey in the world I used to dream about. And I am so thankful!

THANK YOU!

These are the only words I can write to express what I feel!

Ok, now I'll stop beign emotional and let you have a great Monday :)!

A big big kiss!
Giorgia
